Now that summer vacation has arrived I has also taken a vacation from cooking. Lately we grill a ton of meat over the weekend so then I do not have to cook most of the week. By the end of the week we are running out of meat and we are very busy so pizza always saves the day.

Our family tends to be picky about pizza. James, Noelle, and I want lots of flavors but we disagree on crust thickness. James always wants thin and we usually want thick. Nicole and Neona always want thick crust pepperoni pizza but Neona pulls off the pepperoni.

This means that we usually buy three pizzas so everyone is happy. Freschetta makes a great Naturally Rising Pizza that ends up nice and thick so usually everyone but James is happy. Now there is a Freschetta FlatBread pizza that I am sure James would love!

They come in Zesty Italian, Roasted Garlic & Spinach, Pepperoni, and 5-Cheese. Nicole and I would love to try the Roasted Garlic & Spinach. We love spinach on pizza but it is harder to find.
