Hilton Cooking School Weekend in Branson
For years my aunt and grandmother would stop in Branson while on vacation. They loved going for the live shows. Branson has changed a lot over the years. It is no longer just the destination of choice for old ladies.
Branson also has museums, lakes, an amusement park, championship golf courses, and of course lots of shopping. It is attracting a much younger crowd now that word has gotten out about what a great destination it is.
The weekend of October 16th and 17th, the Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel is having a Cooking School Weekend. The $398.00 plus tax package includes deluxe accommodations at the Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel for two people for Friday and Saturday evening plus.
Friday there is a Wine Tasting Reception with appetizers. Saturday morning class begins where Hotel’s very own Chef Nathan Read will discuss creating a truly fabulous and unique display for your holiday party, smoked meats, and how to prepare and present fondue.
Saturday evening ends with a four-course dinner paired with appropriate wines. Sunday morning the final class with Chef Read will teach how to make the menu from the night before. The menu items look wonderful. I love that both meals serve assorted cheeses. I love trying new cheeses. I would really be interested in the fondue lesson too.
Put it all together and you have a weekend for 2 at the Hilton, food and wine provide twice, cooking classes, and still time to enjoy all of Branson...all for just $398.
