Online Court Access
The internet made it easier for people to snoop of each other. Each year more and more info ends up online. I have always admitted the fact that I looked up court records when people asked for dates. I still look up court records and the sex offender registry when my kids want to go to someone's house.This is why I was a bit saddened to hear that a state lawmaker here in Wisconsin has proposed restricting access to the state court records online. I am sure that many people are against having such info online but I am also sure that they have something to hide. I on the other hand have found out some bad things about some people that should not be around my kids.
I really hope that the bill does not pass.
