The girls' surprise from Dad
Thursday after school we were all out in the yard when James' work phone rang. It rings nonstop so that was no big surprise. After he got off the phone he said that he had to run to one of his stores that is in a town that is 45 minutes away to go pick something up. I asked what he had to pick up that was so important that it could not wait. We still had a soccer game to go to later.
He was being very secretive so I knew it was not work stuff. He took Noelle with and off they went. When they got back home Noelle walked in the house trying not to get noticed. Then she called Nicole and Neona into the livingroom and told them to guess what they had to go pick up.
It was a tiny kitten. The manager of one of his stores found it in their furnace. They could not keep the kitten so we got her. I really do not think we need any more animals but she is very cute and the girls are very happy. Noelle has claimed this one as her own and has named her Bridget.
She looks very young. She still tries to nurse on fingers and ears. She also gets tripped up by her feet and staggers. If she gets too excited her back paws move faster than the front ones. James said he knew that the only way I would say yes is if I saw her. I am too big of a softy when I see cute animals.
So that brings our grand total to 2 big dogs, 3 cats, 2 guinea pigs, and 3 fish. LOL
